At nearly 4 months old now, Natalie is more comfortable on her tummy, and is also starting to grab anything put in front of her. And yes, her appetite is still healthy as you can tell by her now chubby cheeks.

Visiting Uncle Garrick, Baxtor the cat and the fish
Posted on March 21, 2010 - by Bradley Hebdon
Natalie visits uncle Garrick’s place and is welcomed by the typically relentlessly curious Baxtor the cat. As expected, Natalie’s curiosity for the aquarium and the fish came to light instantly. Her obsession for fish will no doubt continue, but we’ll see how she responds to Baxtor next time around.
Natalie works out in her Baby Gym
Posted on March 20, 2010 - by Bradley Hebdon
Natalie has really been enjoying her excercise in her Baby Gym. It seems like it’s definitely improving her hand-eye cordination and is also a great way to keep her from getting bored with the various-sound activated toys attached to it. For details, check it out here: Bright Starts Pink Pretty in Pink Supreme Play Gym

Grandma & Natalie do some catching up
Posted on March 20, 2010 - by Bradley Hebdon
Grandma and Natalie doing some catching up after Grandma’s dose of flu. It’s been a terrible flu season this year, and while I dodged it (thanks to the flu shot), Denise came down with it. And so the efforts of late have been focused around Natalie not getting sick.
Sleepy head, Royal Napper
Posted on March 20, 2010 - by Bradley Hebdon
Sleepy Natalie preparing for a royal nap. Her cozy Sleep-Sack has proven to be of great use, especially considering the cold California winter we’ve had this year. Also at just over 3 months old, she’s now sleeping through the night. And you know what that means… sleep for us.
Trying to talk (Video)
Posted on March 16, 2010 - by Bradley Hebdon
Natalie tries to talk in her swing. Seems like she’s trying to explain what she’s looking at. Either way, at just over 3 months old, she’s really started to become a lot more vocal. (Not counting the usual quota of crying.)

Natalie’s first visit to the Long Beach Aquarium (Video)
Posted on March 2, 2010 - by Bradley Hebdon
Natalie checks out the fish at the Long Beach Aquarium, from within the comfortable confines and perspective of a BABYBJÖRN. At almost 3 months old, she was completely awake throughout the tour and fixated on the fish. We highly recommend fish as a way to stimulate a baby’s eyes and brain. The fishes bright colors and movement within the bubbling water, combined to create a calm yet vibrant visual experience. Also, the aquarium is a social setting packed with activity, chatter and excitement. We also suggest getting the annual pass for $80 — you’ll definitely want to make many return trips throughout the year.
